How the trust is governed
From the registered deed. Where this page and the deed differ, the deed governs.
Funds go only to the objects. All income, earnings and property of the trust are applied solely to its aims and objects. Clause 9(vii)
No trustee profits. No profit, dividend or bonus may be paid, directly or indirectly, to any present or past member, and no trustee holds any personal claim on trust property. Trustees receive no remuneration — only reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. Clauses 9(vii), 9(xiv)
The trust is irrevocable. Clause 14
On dissolution, nothing returns to the trustees. Remaining assets must pass to another charitable trust, society or institution with similar objects. Clause 16
